[ShopeePay] How do I verify my ShopeePay account?

You can verify your ShopeePay account through Singpass as we will be retrieving your data via Myinfo with Singpass for a hassle-free experience. 

To verify your ShopeePay account, follow these steps: 

  1. Select ShopeePay on the homepage.

  2. Select Verify Now.

  3. Select MyInfo.

  4. Login to your SingPass account.

  5. Select Approve on the Singpass page.

  6. Select Agree & Confirm to verify information retrieved from SingPass.

  7. Select OK and you are done!

Benefits of verifying your ShopeePay account

By verifying your ShopeePay account via Singpass, you can unlock additional features such as a higher wallet limit of up to SGD 5,000. You can refer to the wallet transaction limit comparison in the table below.

  • Kindly be informed that each person’s identity details can only be used for one Shopeepay account. If your identity details have been used in an existing account, please delete this existing account if you no longer wish to use it. Alternatively, please kindly use your existing account instead.

  • Approval is subject to Shopee’s discretion. 


You will receive a notification in your Shopee App informing you of the results. If your submission is rejected, you may try again based on the reason in the notification.
